Belt Conveyors
We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of belt conveyors and slider bed belt conveyors which is fabricated as per the specifications of our clients. These are manufactured using high grade raw material and are used for conveying practically various types of solids from powder/granules to bulk items. These belt conveyors and slider bed belt conveyors are used for conveying various types of solids from belt conveyors which are basically of two types:
Slider Bed Belt Conveyors
- Belt is supported by the metal sheet throughout the length of conveying, wherein the belt slides over the metallic plate
- Used for light & medium weight applications
Roller Bed Belt Conveyors
- Belt runs over a set of free rollers
- Horizontal or trough type construction (angled taper rollers)
- Used for light, medium & heavy applications.
Specifications:
- Types of belts: - PVC, PU, Rubber, Felt-Type, Rough-Top, Etc.
- Widths available - from 50 mm to 1500 mm
- Length available - from 500 mm to 15000 mm with single drive
- MOC - MS, SS202, SS304, SS316, Aluminum
- Finishing for MS equipment is done with powder coated, either in gloss or structure finish
- Finishing for SS equipment is done with sanitary matt or glass bead blast finish, mirror finish only on request, where as for aluminum conveyors, the extruded aluminum sections are anodized We have been manufacturing conveyors in a standard module of 2500 mm and for conveyors of length more than 2500 mm; modules of 2500 mm are assembled to a maximum length of 15000 mm with single drive.

Horizontal Belt Conveyors We make use of high grade raw material to manufacture a precision engineered range of horizontal conveyors, horizontal belt conveyors and inclined belt conveyors. These are customized as per the specifications of our clients and are in compliance with various industrial standards. We make use of latest technology to fabricate this range in accordance with various industrial standards and consist of C frame with a slider bed. The C frame attached is an in-built fixed side guide and for special applications, we have flat top with the frame under the slider bed.
Specifications:
- Standard belt tensioning units available in each conveyor
- Length in the module of 2500 mm
- Adjustable height of +/-25 mm height with anti-vibration mounts While designing the pulleys for these systems, we make sure that these are fabricated to suit the type of belts to be used in for that system. We take special precautions while fabricating these belts so as to reduce belt wandering to great extent.
Optional attachments:
- Adjustable / fixed side guides
- Corrugated side walls for conveying free flowing material, available from 60 mm to 100 mm height
- Castor wheels for easy movement of conveyors
- Electrical control panel (plc or non-plc based)
- Vfd for speed variation
- Sensors for different application, including counting mechanisms, These horizontal conveyors and borizontal belt conveyors are widely applied for horizontal conveying in assembly line conveyor, machine-to-machine transfer conveyor, conveyors used for warehousing, linking conveyors for processing machines, etc.

| We are a client oriented firm and are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of Inclined Conveyors and Inclinde Belt Conveyors. These are customized as per the specifications of our clients and are in compliance with various industrial standards. These inclined conveyors are typically inclined belt conveyers and consist of C frame with a slider bed. This C frame is a fixed in-built side guide and is fabricated using high grade raw material. To ensure the free flowing of material, corrugated side walls & cleats is required as it helps in elevating the products. Further, we offer small horizontal portion at top of these conveyors for 100% collection of material at discharge.

- Inclined with cleats, trough type roller bed belt conveyor, side walls & cleats To add on, we pay high stress on the proper designing of the pulleys that should suit the type of belts to be used in for that system. We also take special precautions while machining / fabricating so as to minimize the belt wandering.
These conveyors are available with Rough-top belt which is used for inclined application where the angle of elevating is less.
